Alvin Khoo started his career in real estate in August 2007 at "PropNex" as an Associate before moving to "CBRE Realty Associates"  (formerly known as CB Richard Ellis) in November 2008 as a Senior Associate where he started to learn the ropes of investment sales in the residential properties in Robertson Quay, an area that is of his forte and has since then, been dealing with properties there with much success and results.
 
He was promoted to Team Director in "CBRE Realty Associates" in 2011 and was being awarded top 6th, 7th and 8th position for resale producers in 3 different occasions between 2011 and 2012 before joining KF Property Network as Deputy Head, Business Unit in October 2012. In October 2013, he was promoted to Head, Business Unit and was awarded top 6th in his Division(U-Kinght) for first half 2015. Currently, he is in the developer sales team for the "Urban Resort", a luxury condominium in Cairnhill Area and also the developer sales team IC for the new launch in District 9, "The Rise at Oxley", a mixed-freehold development, which is currently on sale right now.

Due to his hard work and commitment in the Robertson Quay area, he has achieved before, 2nd highest, and highest record price (psf) in 2010 and 2012 respectively, at the Inspira and highest record price(psf) in Martin Place Residences in 2011.
 
In 2012, during the TOP of Wharf Residence located in Robertson Quay, Alvin and his team managed to sell and leased 18 units in a span of 4 to 5 months and transacted 30 units for lease and sales during the TOP of RV Edge and The Espada  which are located along River Valley and Killiney Road in 2013.
 
Besides residential sales, he is also an experienced relocation salesperson, having assisted expats from well-known companies such as Nikon, Japan Airlines, Braun and Decker, iNova Pharmaceuticals, Iris Worldwide" to find a comfortable residence during their term of work in Singapore.
 
Always working with his motto of "You never try, You never know and My Clients' Interest are my First Priority", he have managed to expand his network and befriended investors from China, USA, France, UK, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Taiwan, introducing properties and managing for them their property investments in Singapore.
